My most rescent sketch was done for a friend of mine, Marisa. This is her beautiful daughter!

Portrait for Miriam

Miriam requested a sketch of her grandchildren. She supplied 2 photos and requested that I draw the one child from the one photo and the other child from the other photo.

She was so thankful to receive her sketch and complimented me by saying that I have truly blessed her with a lovely gift.

One of my work colleagues and friend Ulinde recently gave birth to a bouncing baby girl... this photo was taken when Olivia was roughly 4 days old...

I loved it so much that I had to draw her. Such a cute chubby face!

Abstract Painting request

I was asked to do an abstract painting for a lovely lady at work...
I was a bit unsure of myself as I've never done one before and even though it appears simple... an abstract painting in itself is very complex...

I did the basic layout and began adding the bright colour... which was really the only brief!

It is so different and unusual and I found myself staring at it the entire time... on a good note, my toddler was sleeping while I was busy and she woke up saying: "wow, pwetty, pwetty"... this made me feel really great!

I will probably make minor changes but I must admit... the more I gaze at it... the more I LOVE it.

... and I have one very happy customer!!! :-)
